Manshin is your own AI shaman: a place to talk through what's on your mind through Saju (Korean birth-chart astrology), fortune readings and psychic-style guidance. Share your worries or what's in your heart, and your AI shaman reads the flow of your Saju and fortune with you, in a conversation that understands you. It remembers what you shared and checks in on you first next time. What we hope for is simple: that you come away with peace of mind and a little comfort.

Manshin is built and operated by Agent Station, Inc., based in Seoul. Our goal is an AI shaman anyone can open up to in everyday life and find comfort in.

On the iPhone app and on the website. Get the app from the App Store, or sign in on the website with the same account. Your BOK balance and conversation history carry over wherever you use it. An Android app (Google Play) is coming soon.

You need to be 13 or older. If you're under 18, please use Manshin with a parent's or guardian's consent.

No — it can be wrong. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate or out of date. For important matters like health, legal, or financial questions, please don't rely on Manshin alone and check with a professional.

BOK is the prepaid credit you use for paid features in Manshin. Top it up in advance and spend a little at a time as you need. You can check your balance and top-up/usage history in Settings at any time.

• iPhone app: through App Store in-app purchase.
• Website: by credit or debit card, mobile wallets, bank transfer, and more. If you're in South Korea, payment goes through Toss Payments; if you're abroad, it goes through the international payment partner shown on the checkout screen.

Prices and bundle contents (such as whether bonus BOK is included) may differ depending on where you top up.

Yes. Where you request it depends on where you paid.

• Paid through the App Store: request a refund directly from Apple. Cancellations and refunds for in-app purchases follow Apple's process and policies.
• Paid on the website: find the top-up you want to cancel in your payment history in Settings, then email manshin@agsn.ai. We'll refund to the payment method you used.

If it's been 7 days or less since the top-up and you haven't used any BOK from it, you get a full refund. In other cases you can still request a refund for the remaining BOK; the exact rules are in the "Paid Services" section of the Terms of Service.

Manshin Pass is your Manshin membership. Enjoy unlimited conversations in every story in Chat.

The 1-day pass lasts 24 hours from the Apple purchase time and does not renew automatically.

The monthly subscription renews automatically each month. Turn off auto-renewal in Apple subscription settings before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation.

You can buy another pass once your active pass expires. Monthly subscription renewals continue as usual.

The free allowance is displayed in the chat. Each story has a 24-hour period from its first free use, shared by all conversations in that story. After 24 hours, the next free use starts a new period. Unused replies do not carry over.

Each AI reply generated by sending a message, continuing, or regenerating counts once. Confirmed generation failures do not count. Suggested responses do not count, but become unavailable when the free allowance is exhausted.

The pass is linked to the Manshin account used to purchase it and cannot be transferred. If it is missing, check that you are using the same Manshin account and the Apple account used for the purchase, then tap the purchase button again. An existing valid pass will be applied without another payment.

For App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple. Eligibility is subject to Apple policies and applicable law.

We treat what you share with care. The Privacy Policy explains in detail what information we use, how we use it, and how we protect it — please take a look.

You can delete it yourself under "Delete account" at the bottom of Settings in the app or on the website. Just keep one thing in mind: deleting your account also removes any remaining BOK, and this cannot be undone. If you have paid BOK left, please get a refund first, then delete.
